Unfortunately the hotel is not accessible for disabled people. We recommend to book your table at our ristorante "Il Grissini" in advance, since it is very popular. Furthermore you can also book your beauty therapy appointments by mail.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first three nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 100.00 per night and person for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
